Manoel to host Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller et al

The Manoel Theatre Swings With Go concert will be held on the last weekend of October.

The audience attending the concert, scheduled for October 26, 27 and 28, will be treated to standard vocal numbers from the repertoires of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Paul Anka and Ella Fitzgerald. Songs will be interpreted by Nadine Axisa and Daniel Cauchi.

The programme will also be enhanced by instrumental numbers by Glenn Miller, Harry James and Artie Shaw.

The audience will be taken from the melodies of swing to the modern sounds of Diana Krall and Michael Bublè. The backing of a 16-piece big band promises a high-quality concert.
