Marsalforn concert

On August 29, a tribute concert to the late Dominic Grech of The Tramps was held at the Menqa in Marsalforn.

While I wish to applaud all the musicians who took part, with music performed straight from the heart, I cannot but help say hats off to Pro Stage Sound Systems. They succeeded in enhancing the music performed to a point where the public endured listening to the music for hours without leaving, as usually happens when the sound is not up to standard and overdriven.

A big thank you goes also to Edwin Magro, without whose humble yet indispensable help the musicians can never feel so comfortable on stage.

I was one of them, and I admit it was a wonderful experience to which Pro Stage Sound Systems contributed significantly although the public might not always be aware or appreciative of this fact.
