We recently had to suspend the regular monthly publication of our list of Consumer Claims Tribunal (CCT) decisions not honoured, because we had cases where the traders involved had honoured their decisions, but the consumers involved did not inform us accordingly. I ask consumers whose cases were removed to inform me if their case is still pending, so that I can re-include it in our new list. Therefore, if you referred your case to the CCT, a decision was made by the CCT Arbiter in your favour, and the trader involved refuses to honour the CCT Arbiter's decision, send me a copy of the CCT Arbiter's decision with a view to adding your case to our new list:
