Qualifications in logistics

In preparation for the next intake of academic programmes and distance learning courses by the Technology Innovation Centre (TIC) at the University of Central England (UCE) in Birmingham, SSM Group (Support and Supply Management Group) is holding an information meeting today at 5.30 p.m. at SSM Group Centre, in Hamrun.

The academic programmes, due to start on September 24, include a certificate in logistics/supply chain management, professional diploma in logistics/supply chain management, and masters in logistics management, e-commerce and project management.

This meeting will provide information on the courses and other relevant information for prospective applicants such as a background-on the awarding bodies, access to course materials and students, experiences. The deadline for applications is Monday, September 10, at noon.

TIC-UCE is a professional and internationally recognised provider of academic courses in innovation and technology, engineering and operations management and development, whose programmes provide a sound theoretical basis, are regularly updated with the latest conceptual developments and provide an interdisciplinary approach.

Furthermore, the programmes are offered through distance learning, providing flexibility in terms of where and when to study and all qualifications are officially recognised in Malta.
