No to Ta' Cenc development

Graffitti group said it strongly objects to the proposed construction of 33 bungalows and 37 villas on large tracts of virgin land at Ta' Cenc.

If the permit is given, it will continue to reduce the precious little natural landscape that Maltese citizens should preserve for future generations, the group said. Graffitti believes that this development should never be permitted if Mepa truly serves as an independent authority that protects and safeguards the environment.

The entire Ta' Cenc area qualifies as a Natura 2000 site, it said.
