Obituary
AGIUS. On Saturday, August 25, at St Luke's Hospital, Cettina, widow of Paul of Mosta, aged 79, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Joyce and her husband Frank, Cecile and her husband Joe, Marco and his wife Rita, her in-laws Alister and his wife Michelle, Terence, Kerstien, JJ and Kimberlie, and her friend Thomas, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 3 p.m. for Mosta parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 4 p.m. followed by interment in the family grave at Mosta cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated.
FARRUGIA. On August 25, at Casa Leone, LOUIS (Gigi), of Senglea, residing in Sliema, aged 91, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Yolanda née Busuttil Naudi, his children Sr Pauline, Sister of St Dorothy, Etoile, Joseph and his wife Marion, Marion and her husband Charles Galea, and Noel and his wife Lorraine, his grandchildren Kenneth, Christian and Daniel Galea, Alessandro and his wife Anouschka and Stefano, Karl and Kris, fiancées, nephews and nieces, sisters-in-law, his many relatives in Malta and abroad.
The funeral leaves Casa Leone today at 2 p.m. for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi will be appreciated.
GALEA. On August 26, JOSEPH, of Hamrun, residing in Zebbug, aged 80, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Gejta, his children Tony and his wife Mary, Albert widower of Josephine, Freddie and his wife Mary, Dorothy and her husband Emmanuel, Johnny and his wife Carmen, Josephine and her husband Lawrence, Andrew and his wife Julie, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, in-laws, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.

SCIORTINO. On August 23, at the Holy Family Home, Naxxar, CARMELO, aged 90, went to meet the Risen Lord comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his daughters Marilyn, Lucienne, wife of Mario Brincat, Aurora, widow of his son Edmond, his grandchildren Janica, wife of Josie Cachia, Ruben and his wife Francesca, Bernard, Andrew and Matthew, his great-grandchildren Benji, Tara and Luca, his sister Ersilia, his sister-in-law Rose Sciortino, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves the Holy Family Home today at 1.45 p.m. for St Venera parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Holy Family Home or Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, will be appreciated.
