HSBC Cares for Children Fund (HCCF) has presented a sponsorship to the OASI Foundation to help fund the Summer OASI Learning Experience (SOLE).

The sponsorship was presented by Richard Mercieca, HSBC area director for Gozo, to Fr Manwel Cordina, director of the OASI Foundation in Gozo.

OASI Foundation is a voluntary, non-governmental organisation based in Gozo, which seeks to help people avoid drug and alcohol use by providing preventive education, immediate intervention, treatment and rehabilitation of persons using substances.

The Summer OASI Learning Experience is organised for child members of the OASI Kids Club and their friends.

The five-day summer camp is aimed particularly at children at risk, and provides a safe, free, educational, fun and creative environment.
