Phasing out of gas cylinders

Enemalta said yesterday that the old type screw-on gas cylinders are being phased out to be replaced by the clip-on type valve.

The public is being advised to cooperate with gas distributors before making any changes to the gas regulator and the type and size of cylinder supplied by the distributors.

Some customers will be asked by the gas distributors to change their system from the old type regulator and start getting cylinders with the new type valve. This change will have no effect on the price of gas cylinders. Further information is available by calling 2165 1661/2/3/4/5 or 2165 1731.
