Charged with injuring elderly woman

Paul Costa, a 39-year-old man from Msida was yesterday charged with having seriously injured an elderly Irish woman on Tuesday.

He denied the charges and was granted bail against a personal guarantee of Lm1,000 and on condition that he signs in daily at a police station.
