Produce value up

Fresh fruit and vegetable availability for the second quarter this year dropped marginally by 0.3 per cent, from 13.83 million kilos in the second quarter of last year, the National Statistics Office said.

On the other hand, the wholesale value of fresh fruit and vegetables rose by 1.3 per cent, from Lm2.39 million to Lm2.42 million, the NSO said.
