Nowadays several people change their cell phone subscriber but keep their original number - one can become a Vodafone subscriber and keep his former 79 number or else one can shift to Go and keep his 99 number.

In their respective websites, both Go and Vodafone give the opportunity to the subscriber to send eight free messages daily.

Now, if one tries to send an SMS from the Vodafone website using a 99 number, but incidentally the recipient would be a 99 Go subscriber, the website alerts you before it sends the SMS that it will cost 2c... Buy or cancel.

On the other hand, Go's website doesn't alert you but sends the SMS automatically and will charge you 2c.

Having access to both subcribers' free messaging systems I find this quite annoying, since if alerted, I would use the appropriate site.

Go should follow this example and inform subscribers that there will be a charge to proceed.
