Corinthia goes green

A new initiative launched by the Corinthia Hotels International's Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events programme, together with the 34U campaign, encourages visiting conference groups to plant trees in order to reduce harmful carbon emissions.

As part of the scheme entitled Events @ Corinthia Goes Green, Corinthia Hotels International will be planting six trees for every conference group accommodated at any of its Malta hotels throughout the year.

Besides donating trees for each conference, this initiative will be encouraging visiting conferences to hold a tree-planting event of their own in one of the four 34U afforestation areas. Conference delegates will be presented with a memento of the occasion.
