Mosta area gives best customer service
HSBC Mosta Area staff being presented with the prize by the bank`s Head of Channel Management, Ray Briffa.
HSBC Mosta Area has been presented with the bank's Area Award for Best Customer Service, after coming out first in a survey covering January to April, the bank said.
The bank awards its branches on a regular basis, in recognition of team effort, high levels of customer satisfaction and overall quality.
HSBC Mosta Area has recorded the highest customer satisfaction score ever registered for the bank's branch network.
The Mosta Area has since been merged with the Birkirkara Area to form the Northern Area.
