Firm's investment services licence cancelled

The Malta Financial Services Authority has cancelled the Investment Services Licence of Montaigne Investment (Malta) Ltd in terms of its powers under Article 7(1) of the Investment Services Act, 1994.

This decision is operative with effect from July 22. The company is no longer authorised to provide any investment services within the meaning of the Act.
