Sliema ASC issue 11th edition of annual magazine

The 11th edition of the Sliema ASC Annual Magazine which covers the Year 2006 has been published.

The magazine provides a review of the Sliema ASC 2006 season and covers all the competitions in which the club took part.

Comprehensive coverage is also given to the Swimming Section both at local and international levels.

Edited by Joe Anastasi, with the help of Stephen Pandolfino, the magazine covers all aspects of life at the Sliema pitch and contains a large number of photos especially taken for the magazine.

Of particular interest is an interview with Sliema's former Hungarian player Tibor Benedek and Tony Psaila's "Origins of the Game", a contribution on the history of waterpolo.

Copies of the magazine may be obtained from Anastasi until this weekend. The publication will then be mailed to those members who have not retrieved their copy.
