HSBC Life Assurance (Malta) said yesterday that it had increased the issued share capital by Lm3 million divided into six million fully paid up ordinary shares of 50c each.

The shares were fully subscribed by HSBC Bank Malta. The share capital was increased by an injection of capital in cash by HSBC Bank Malta.
