Another David Isaac case

Last week, I referred to yet another case involving David Isaac and recalled the terms and conditions featured in every column. Consumers who wish to send us letters of complaint must send a copy of the letter to the trader in question.

However, the complainant in this case does not have David Isaac's address. This has put us in a predicament, particularly since we are dealing with an extremely evasive person. However giving up is not an option.

This is our second appeal to the elusive Mr Isaac and I ask him again to send us his current address so that we can send him a copy of the letter we received so that he can send us his side of the case.

If there are any other consumers who were, or are, his customers and they have his current address, it would be appreciated if they would kindly send us his address. If Mr Isaac reads this article, I appeal to him to send us his address.

If we don't receive Mr Isaac's side of the case, we will feature a third request next week. In the absence of any reply, we will have no option but to feature this letter of complaint without his comments.
