Sara Grech Ltd, well known for providing outstanding service, has now partnered up with malta-property.co.uk to provide contact in the UK for new and existing clients. This means clients can now have extra confidence, knowing they have support in the UK when looking for their new home in Malta.

UK-based malta-property.co.uk is the trading name of Pelican Properties (UK) Ltd, a UK-based company specialising in the sale of properties abroad, owned by directors Conrad Britto and Clive Smalley.

Mr Britto said: "I have family living in Malta and know the beautiful islands well. When we decided to add Malta as a destination for our clients, we looked carefully for a real estate agent that shared our ethics and customer service values. She added: "I started the company in 1985 with two property consultants, and since then we have never looked back. The company now employs around 55 staff spread over five branches.
