Achieve results in weight management and maintaining a healthy body

New Training Dynamics Ltd (NTD) recently hosted a presentation on Mastering Health and Weight Management at the Westin Dragonara Hotel with special guest speaker from the UK Paul Vernon.

The event, which is in line with the company's strategic growth and development both locally and overseas, was sponsored by the Westin Dragonara Resort and Middlesea Valletta Life.

The weight management presentation was a totally new concept and is being introduced to Malta by NTD, which is also a pioneer for various forms of coaching using the latest cutting-edge sciences for change and performance, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, transformational education, time line therapy and neurological re-patterning.

The presentation was attended by over 170 delegates, who were positively surprised by the tools and techniques available to take control of one's health, manage weight and maintain desired results on a long-term basis. During the presentation, a delegate from the audience was invited on stage to get a first-hand experience of this programme.

At the end of the presentation, the NTD team, composed of Larissa Redaelli, chairman and managing director of NTD, Esmeralda Micallef Zarafa, head of training Malta, and Kathleen Vella, Master Practitioner of NLP, also launched the new programmes for September.
