Malta's first residential High Commissioner to India, Wilfred Kenely, has presented his credentials to the President of India, Abdul Kalamk. The ceremony, which took place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the Presidential Palace, in New Delhi, was one of Dr Kalam's last official engagements as President. He will step down today, having been in office for five years.
