MICALLEF GRIMAUD. On July 11, at St Philip's Hospital, to Melody Belaas and Daniel, God's precious gift of a first-born son - KYLE. Thanks to the gynaecologist, paediatrician and all the maternity staff.

SCERRI. On July 14, at St James Hospital, Zabbar, to Josette née Bonnici and Ronald, God's precious gift of a son - ZACK. Thanks to the obstetrician, the midwives Mariella Abela Camilleri and Anna Croucher, and to all the maternity staff at the hospital.

Marriages

Mr KEITH BUSUTTIL and Miss NICKY PACE
The marriage took place on July 14 at the Church of the Holy Cross, Capuchins' Friary, Floriana, between KEITH, son of John and Louise Busuttil of St Julian's, and NICKY, daughter of Mark and Marianna Pace of The Gardens, St Julian's. Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Stefan Attard. The ceremony was witnessed by Ms Karen Pace and Ms Krysta Busuttil. Mr John Soler carried out the duties of best man. The bride was attended by Ms Gillian Galea and Ms Jenny Galea. Ms Faye Darmanin was flower-girl and Master Ben Busuttil was pageboy. Mr Alan Galea, Mr Paul Radmilli, Dr Malcolm Borg, Mr Michael Mangion, Mr Michael Balzan Demajo and Mr Mark Gasan were ushers. A reception was later held at The Reef Club, The Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian's. The couple are spending their honeymoon in Bora-Bora, Tahiti.

Obituary

BRINCAT. On July 20, ARONNE (Noni), aged 73, of Msida, went to meet the Risen Lord comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Ludgarda, his children Joe and his wife Mary, Carmen, widow of Anthony Montebello, Johnny and his wife Catherine, Emanuel and his wife Jane, and Rita, wife of Charles Sultana, his 11 grandchildren and great-grandchild, his only sister Esther, nephews, relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Renal Unit will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

RUTTER. On July 20, Josephine née Fenech, aged 71, of Hamrun, went to meet the Risen Lord comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Fondly loved and remembered by her husband Albert, her sons Victor and his wife Maryrose née Mercieca, and Simon and his wife Yvette née Azzopardi, her grandchildren Trevor, Stuart, Kelvin, and Charmaine, her brothers John and his wife Jane, Louis and his wife Doris, and Anthony and his wife Rita, her in-laws including Carmen, widow of Alfred, Joan, widow of Lewis Zammit Tabona, Doris, widow of Wallace Micallef, and Rose, widow of Mr Justice Antoine Rutter Giappone, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
The funeral cortège leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 8.30 a.m. for St Cajetan parish church, Hamrun, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to St Joseph Home, St Venera, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. God, grant her eternal rest.
