Conditional discharge

A 23-year-old man has been conditionally discharged for two years for filing a false police report when he claimed his car had been stolen.

Marco Muscat admitted to filing the report after he was involved in a traffic collision on May 2.

Police Inspector Alexander Grech prosecuted.

Lawyer Roberto Montalto was defence counsel.
