A VRT tester was yesterday charged with forging VRT certificates on and before March this year.

Magistrate Audrey Demicoli heard Adrian Montanaro, 30, of Bugibba plead not guilty to forging the certificates at A-Check Garage, in Mosta.

Police Inspector Angelo Gafà prosecuted.
