Arraigned over cocaine charges

A 54-year-old man was charged with the possession of cocaine in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use.

Richard Attard, of Gharghur, pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded in custody.

Police Inspector Norbert Ciappara prosecuted.

Lawyer Josè Herrera was defence counsel.
