A 57-year-old man was conditionally discharged for two years when he admitted to making use of a forged VRT certificate.

Guzepp Bugeja, of Zurrieq, also pleaded guilty to making a false declaration in April 2004.

Police Inspector Angelo Gafà prosecuted.
