Patrick Xuereb has been appointed branch manager of the St Paul's Bay branch of Frank Salt Real Estate Limited.
Mr Xuereb joined the company in 2005 as a sales consultant.
He followed a number of courses locally and overseas covering catering, tourism services and health and safety and occupied a number of positions with leading hotels and a catering company. He is now studying Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and plans to finalise his B.Sc. with Greenwich University by the end of this year.
"During his term with the company, Mr Xuereb gained vast experience in the property market and is today considered an extremely important addition to our management team. We have no doubt that under his management, our success in the St Paul's Bay area through the St Paul's Bay branch will continue to grow," said managing director Joseph Lupi.
