HSBC Bank Middle East was named Best Trade Bank in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for the second year running at the Trade Finance magazine's Annual Awards function in London.
"With a team of over 350 trade experts on the ground in 13 countries in the Middle East, HSBC is well positioned to help customers trading there," said Shaun Wallis, HSBC Malta's CEO. "Maltese people doing business in the Middle East and North Africa region can give us a call here and benefit from our global network in the field."
Trade Finance is published by Euromoney Institutional Investor and winners of the Awards for Excellence were decided on the basis of a poll of corporates in the region.
