There is an interact section in this Website which, I must stress, is not intended for personal consumer complaints. This is clearly explained in the Website. It has been set up to encourage browsers to discuss consumer issues of general interest. However, we still receive consumer complaints. Therefore, we have no other option but to ignore e-mails regarding complaints.
