Madliena Village luxury apartments for sale

Madliena Village is hosting an Open House this weekend until today.

Of the 90 luxury apartments that will eventually constitute the exclusive Madliena Village, 50 are currently for sale. There is a small range of larger two- and three-bedroomed apartments available for immediate sale and occupation.

A larger and wider range of one-, two- and three-bedroomed apartments and penthouses are also available for sale off plan over the next 12 months to be occupied as from next June.

Individuals interested in viewing the apartments are to register with their preferred estate agent to make an appointment.

Andrew Cross, the British owner of Madliena Village, recently hosted over 100 guests, including most of the village residents, to a sumptuous poolside party to celebrate the start of construction of the Madliena Village's final two apartment blocks.

In a brief upbeat speech, Mr Cross explained the timetable for the development's completion over the next 15 months and outlined the achievements that his team had already made to modernise and upgrade Madliena Village to today's standards. "This is what our discerning residents and future buyers expect and deserve," he affirmed.
