Frank Salt opens its tenth office

Only a few weeks after opening a new branch office in Marsascala, Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd has opened its tenth branch office in Mellieha, located right in the heart of the village at 53, Gorg Borg Olivier Street, opposite Bank of Valletta.

The area, buzzing with activity, is lined with shops, restaurants, hotels and banks. The branch will be offering a full range of services to existing clients and to new ones, including sales and letting of residential and commercial property from its large database of properties located throughout Malta and Gozo. Property management and after-sales consultancy services will also be available.

"The company felt that with the number of new developments in the area, such as Tas-Sellum and the new Ville Michel, as well as other developments, which are earmarked to come on the market this year, including the Mistral Village development, the need to have a regional office in the area has long been felt," said Joseph Lupi, managing director.

"The convenience for our clients in areas like Santa Maria Estate, Il-Kortin and similar developments also led the company to move its operations closer to the area. In addition, the office will also cater for the many clients which the company brings over on inspection visits every year and who stay in hotels located in the area," Mr Lupi added.
