Kimi Raikkonen set the fastest time in Friday practice and said afterwards there may be more.
"It was a good day. We worked in a different way to usual, covering a lot of mileage. I would say we have a good base from which we can improve the car for qualifying and the race. We have to do well and we will give it our all."
Team-mate Felipe Massa said he could have been closer to Raikkonen had he not encountered traffic in his flying lap on soft tyres.
"I am very satisfied with the work done in these two free practice sessions. The car worked well, in a reasonably similar way to what we had seen in the test here two weeks ago and I can only be happy with that. We worked on long runs and the performance was very consistent."
