Magazine sales make money for charity

A cheque of Lm13,500 has been presented to Dar tal-Providenza by the Helping Hands Foundation Malta after money was collected through the sales of the 11th issue of Family Magazine.

This donation brings the total amount contributed to different charities and organisations in Malta to over Lm145,000. It is also the second time that Dar tal-Providenza is benefiting from this fund-raising scheme as a further Lm19,000 were presented to Mgr Lawrence Gatt, director of the homes, in 2006.

The HHF marketing team is now promoting the 12th issue of Family Magazine, this time in aid of the YMCA Homeless of Valletta.
