Archbishop Paul Cremona and Bishop Mario Grech last week visited St Paul's Islands, off St Paul's Bay, to celebrate the shipwreck of St Paul.

The islands are a symbol of the shipwreck of the apostle on Malta's shores.

A concelebrated Mass started at 6 p.m. The annual ceremony was brought to a close when Archbishop Paul Cremona and the St Paul's Bay parish priest Fr Joseph Xerri thanked all those who participated.

They later visited the cultural institute in St Paul's Bay run by the Istitut Socjo-Kulturali San Pawl and were introduced to its members.
