I would like to praise the staff at Maltanet especially the young man named Claudio, to whom I spoke on the telephone. This gentleman was working in the technical department I believe. I called about a simple problem but something I didn't understand.

I would like to praise the staff at Maltanet especially the young man named Claudio, to whom I spoke on the telephone. This gentleman was working in the technical department I believe. I called about a simple problem but something I didn't understand. He was so helpful and polite and explained everything in plain English for me (a language I could understand). He didn't make me feel stupid about not understanding a simple task, and his patience was remarkable.

It's not often people write to say thank you but on this occasion I felt that a big thanks to him was well deserved.

Thank you Maltanet for employing such understanding staff. Claudio is a credit. Well done and keep it up.
