The Valletta electric cab service, which started operations last week with 10 vehicles, was doing well, according to the promoters.

In the first week, the service was free but as from today, 45c will be charged for any journey from any point to another in Valletta.

The cabs operate non-stop, seven days a week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. After 7 p.m. one can use the dial-a-cab by calling 2133 3321. The cab will pick clients from any point in the city.
