New Dhalia branch in Qawra

In line with Dhalia's strategic plan to further strengthen its position in the northern part of the Maltese islands, Dhalia has recently inaugurated a second branch in St Paul's Bay. The branch, in Triq it-Turisti, corner with Triq il-Mulett, Qawra, will be managed by Damian Galea, together with a manager assistant and three property consultants.

The new branch will provide an array of services, from property consultations to investment opportunities and valuations. As with all Dhalia employees, personnel at the Qawra branch are extremely versatile and experienced in the real estate business.

Prior to their employment, each employee underwent intensive training to familiarise themselves with all procedures related to property sales and letting.

Speaking about the new branch, Mr Galea said "our emphasis will be to strengthen our relationships with customers by providing them with solutions according to their needs. Our objective is to find solutions for our customers and match their requirements to the best opportunities available on the market. In fact, our motivation stems from the attainment of the best possible deal for customers, whatever the value of the property."
