The School of Art will hold an open day at Casa Brunet, 106, Old Bakery Street, Valletta tomorrow from 9.30 a.m. till 1 p.m.

The public and prospective students will be able to visit the studios where various evening courses are held.

Courses include drawing and painting, life classes, 3D work in plasticine, plaster and clay, sculpture in wood and stone, print making, gold and silversmithing and gilding.

Artistic creativity courses are also held in the morning.

For the second year running, the school is holding summer art courses.

The courses consist of 14 lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays during July, August and September.

Adults, teenagers and children aged eight and over can apply.

Those interested can call 2123 4351 between 9 a.m. and noon.

Visitors to the open day will be able to view an exhibition of artworks by seven artists who are former diploma students.
