The chairman of the Water Services Corporation, Michael Falzon has filed a judicial protest against Labour MP Joe Mizzi and The Times editor Ray Bugeja over an article written by Mr Mizzi and carried in The Times on June 26.

Mr Falzon complained that the article penned by Mr Mizzi contained false allegations. Lawyer Charisee Ellul signed the judicial protest.
