Shireburn Software has launched its new Euro Toolkit, a software solution that will automate the conversion of Shireburn's main software products to the euro on €-day. The Euro Toolkit is designed to ensure as rapid, smooth and accurate a changeover to the euro for users of Shireburn's financial, inventory, point-of-sale, payroll and freight solutions.
Shireburn said it is anticipated that companies undertaking manual conversions of their debtor and credit balances and prices will be involved in significant work at the beginning of the year which may impact their operation and shift their focus from servicing their customers. The Euro Toolkit, on the other hand, will allow organisations to continue their operations as smoothly as possible and to focus on customer sales.
This software will be presented during a euro information event which will also show how clients can be as well prepared as possible for the changes brought about by the euro's introduction.
The event is being held at the Westin Dragonara on July 4 and is open to Shireburn clients. The keynote speaker at the event is Joseph F.X. Zahra, chairman of the National Euro Changeover Committee (NECC). Other speakers include Alex Wells, manager technical preparations at NECC, and John de Giorgio and Franco Galea from Shireburn.
