The conditions
Planning gain:
This permission is subject to a planning gain to the value of Lm20,000 towards the Environmental Initiatives in Partnership Programme (EIPP).
The funds raised from the planning gain shall be used to implement environmental improvement projects in the locality of the site.
The planning gain shall be paid prior to the issue of the development permission, is not refundable, and funds shall be utilised as required and directed by the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (Mepa).
Appointment of monitor:
Prior to the commencement of works, Mepa shall appoint a person responsible for the monitoring of the project to ensure adherence to the approved project plans, documents and conditions.
The appointed monitor shall report directly to Mepa, and shall be employed at the expense of the applicant.
