Over 14,000 tickets snapped up!
There is growing expectation for Bryan Adams's concert in Malta as it is now official that over 14,000 people have already bought a ticket to watch the concert featuring all his greatest hits. With some days still to go, NnG director Nigel Camilleri said the demand for the tickets was significant and they were expecting the concert to be one of the biggest concerts ever to be staged in Malta.
As part of his worldwide Anthology tour, featuring all his greatest hits, Bryan Adams will finally be performing in Malta on Thursday. The concert, which will be held at Luxol (ex-parade ground) in Pembroke is set to attract one of the largest outdoor crowds locally.
With hits spanning through the 1980s and 1990s, Bryan Adams is one of the most successful recording artistes in popular music worldwide. The energetic, charismatic singer is well known for his concerts during which, guitar in hand, he sings his own up-tempo pop/rock songs and ballads. His raspy voice, simple compositions, and straightforward musical approach earned him early critical approbation. Among the tracks to be played on the night, one will definitely be able to hear Straight from the Heart, Cuts Like a Knife, Run to You, Heaven, Summer of '69, (Everything I Do) I Do It for You, Can't Stop This Thing We Started, Please Forgive Me, All for Love, Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman? and Back To You.
