Once again, Celtic dominated the Scottish football scene last season, only failing to claim the League Cup which went to Hibernian.
In 2006/07, the Bhoys won the Scottish title for the 41st time with a 12-point cushion over second-placed and arch-rivals Rangers.
Celtic also clinched the 14th League and Scottish Cup double in their history, and their second in four years. They defeated Dunfermline 1-0 in the Scottish Cup final.
For the second Premier League campaign in a row, Rangers finished empty-handed.
The fans' only claim for fame came when the Gers made sure of the second Champions League berth with a win over their Old Firm rivals that secured them the runners-up spot.
Aberdeen pipped Hearts for UEFA Cup qualification on the final day of the season.
The other UEFA Cup representatives will be Dunfermline, the losing Scottish Cup finalists who were also relegated from the top flight last season.
Gretna, who will replace Dunfermline in the top flight, set a record of three consecutive championship crowns in the same number of years.
In Europe, Celtic became the first Scottish side to reach the second round of the Champions League, bowing out to eventual winners Milan.
