Golden Wedding

The marriage took place on June 16, 1957, between JOSEPH F. and PAULINE née Galea at the Carmelite Church, Fleur De Lys. Congratulations and love from Miriam and Andres, Raymond and Nancy, Suzanne and Raymond, Leslie and Marita, and grandchildren Yanika, Ryan, Cleaven and Daniel.

Obituary

CARUANA. On June 15, JOSEPH, aged 71, of Zabbar and residing at Mosta, widower of Lelina née Bonello, of Dingli, passed peacefully away, after a long illness borne with fortitude, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his son Jean Paul and his wife Sylvia, his grandson Lyon, his in-laws Frank Bonello, Alfred Bonello, Jane Vella, Edwin Ebejer, and their families, relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
The funeral leaves Sir Paul Boffa Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Our Lady of Grace parish church, Zabbar, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Zabbar cemetery. No flowers by request, but donations to charitable institutions would be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.

CURMI. On June 16, Mgr Albert Curmi, of Fontana, Gozo, aged 77, rector of Our Lady of Pompei Sanctuary, Victoria, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brothers Joseph, Paul and Carmel, his sisters Helen and Mary Rose, their respective families, relatives and friends.

The funeral leaves Our Lady of Pompei Sanctuary, tomorrow at 4 p.m. for the Sacred Heart parish church, Fontana, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 4.30 p.m., followed by interment at St Mary's Cemetery, Victoria. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
