I refer to my article on IT availability (IT & Business Supplement, The Sunday Times, June 10) in which I referred to an ICT programme on Channel 22.

The programme I had in mind (which incidentally is also screened on PBS) is ICTV presented by Nirvana Azzopardi, which although according to a recent parliamentary question reply is not MIITI-funded, often serves as a PR vehicle for various MIITI initiatives.

Surely this cannot be classified as an educational ICT programme by merely singing the praises of ministry initiatives on frequent occasions. I do not have the same reservations about the other programme, Click, which is shown only on Channel 22.
