Summer special offers by BOV

Bank of Valletta has launched an extensive range of summer offers on several personal banking products and services.

"We are launching our best-ever collection of summer offers to serve up added value to our customers," said Michael Galea, head of marketing and communication at Bank of Valletta.

"These offers will not only be available throughout the Trade Fair but will be extended to the end of August," he added.

The offers include discounts on fees and favourable interest rates on a wide array of banking products including BOV Personal Loans, BOV Home Loans, BOV Credit Cards, BOV Stockbroking, BOV Internet and Phone Banking and BOV Financial Planning.

"We are offering a one per cent discount on interest rates applicable on BOV Personal Loans and we are also waiving the processing fees on approved loans," Mr Galea said. During the offer period, the term of the loan can also be extended up to seven years depending on the amount borrowed. Customers may also take advantage of a three-month moratorium.

"Another offer is available for customers applying for a new BOV Visa or BOV MasterCard or Cashlink Visa Debit Card who will not be charged the annual card fee," explained Mr Galea. Moreover, new BOV Credit Card holders will benefit from nought per cent interest on purchases effected using the card during the first six months.

Bank of Valletta is also offering added value to customers who take out a BOV Home Loan. "Those who apply for a BOV Home loan during the offer period will not incur any bank processing fees - an offer that continues to make our home loans even more attractive," said Mr Galea.

There are other attractive offers with BOV offering free financial planning, 15 per cent discount on stockbroking commissions and the waiving of the BOV Securekey charge for those who apply for BOV Internet and Phone Banking services.
