Advanced Industrial Systems Ltd (AIS) and Videojet Technologies Inc. recently signed a sole distributorship agreement for all Videojet products in Malta and Gozo.
This has strengthened AIS's position in the product coding and marking industry, as it is now the only company representing this global forerunner locally.
Videojet, which incorporates the world-leading brands Marsh, Willett, Labeljet, Allprint and Cheshire, are renowned in the product identification industry. They provide solutions using a spread of printing techniques such as thermal transfer overprint, small character inkjet and large character inkjet.
Their comprehensive range of technologies also include label applicators, label printer applicators, postal barcoding systems, and graphics systems, to provide the perfect solution to coding and marking applications.
Videojet area manager, Josselin Prats and AIS's general manager, Ing. Anthony Bartolo, recently signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
During his visit, Mr Prats provided specialised sales training to AIS business development manager michel Le Brun. He also satisfactorily inspected the company's maintenance workshop and reviewed its ISO 9000 procedures with special emphasis on after-sales service.
"It is relatively easy to sell our products since our wide range of identification and coding equipment covers all major technologies, providing solutions for all kinds of applications.
"The difficult part is to maintain our systems professionally and keep our customers completely satisfied. We have complete faith in the AIS team who has delivered outstanding field services in the past, and look forward to working with your company for many more years to come," Mr Prats said.
