Last week my family and I, along with a group of our friends from the Mellieha Holiday Complex, decided to take our children to Popeye Village.

We boarded bus 441 and in the bus was the driver and a ticket inspector wearing a blue uniform with an orange ATP logo on his shirt. To my surprise the inspector charged us 50c each and he did not give us a ticket.

When I asked the inspector for our tickets he started laughing: "It's OK, no tickets. Tips for the beer!"

We could not believe our ears. Is this abuse permitted?
