Frank Salt expansion plan starts with two offices in Marsascala, Mellieha

Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd recently opened its ninth branch office on the Marsascala seafront.

This new office, together with another new office in Mellieha, are part of the company's expansion plans announced during the group's annual general meeting last January.

Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd was the first real estate company to open a branch office in the south of the island in 1981 to meet the needs of buyers and sellers in the area.

The need to open another office in Marsascala has long been felt due to the increasing number of new developments in the area that the company has on its registers and others which are due to come on the market in the near future, as well as the increasing interest in the area by local and overseas buyers.

The branch, located in Marina Street, right in the centre of the town, is offering the full range of services, including sales and letting of residential and commercial properties throughout Malta and Gozo, after-sales consultancy services, and property management.

Mark Anthony Mercieca is branch manager of the new Mellieha office. Mr Mercieca joined the company as a sales consultant in January 2003 and has since worked in sales at the company's head office in St Julian's.

"Being a person with extensive market knowledge, Mr Mercieca will prove to be another important asset to the already strong management team within Frank Salt Group," managing director Joseph Lupi said.
