We, the inhabitants of the village of Balzan are blessed to have had a long succession of wonderful parish priests, the present incumbent being the Rev. Kalcidon Vassallo.

It seems that Ronald Cauchi (Limbo In Balzan, May 21) is not fully aware of the meaning and consequences of baptism which are too rich and far reaching to be explained in a few lines.

San Gorg Preca was very much aware that ongoing teaching in the matters that pertain to God is essential.

That is why the MUSEUM cooperators meet at the Floriana Centre near the parish church on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 5.30 to 6.30 p.m. Mr Cauchi is more than welcome to attend and I will be more than happy to give him all the literature he requires about the sacrament of baptism, including the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Compendium and the Liturgy of Baptism.
