Appreciation - Miriam Caruana
Elaine Zerafa, writes:
We laughed together, and sometimes cried together, my niece and I and, oh, how I will miss our sometimes very long telephone conversations when she would vent her feelings of injustice for what she was going through.
If ever a hymn was written for anyone so special it was the words of Fight The Good Fight With All Your Might, which will always remind me of dear Miriam - and she was a fighter.
On my last but one visit to her in Boffa Hospital, we spoke briefly about not being afraid.
Miriam you will be so sadly missed. My family in England join me in sending condolences to all your family, Aunty Jean especially, remembering all the lovely days together at Ghadira. Your loving Aunty Elaine.
The past is gone to be no more
Tomorrow may never come.
Enjoy today and be at peace
And you and God are one.
